Courtney Cole is an emerging fashion designer specializing in sustainable streetwear and 
luxury design. Her work blends inner-city culture with avant-garde couture, creating a unique 
design language that challenges traditional boundaries between streetwear and high fashion. 
Inspired by thrift culture, graffiti, and early exposure to fashion through vintage shopping, 
Cole developed her creative voice through self-teaching before returning to school to refine 
her skills. She is a two-time Fashion Scholarship Fund Community College Scholar (2025–
2026), recognized for her innovation and dedication to growth. Her work combines 
sustainability with technical precision, including skills in sketching, Adobe design, and trend 
forecasting. Beyond the classroom, she has gained experience through internships with 
Columbus Fashion Alliance and NavaFlex Inc., contributing to projects that merge fashion 
with technology. Cole is also the founder of her brand, C3XL (C.C. Couture x Labrat), where 
streetwear meets couture. Looking ahead, she aims to work for a major fashion house while 
continuing to grow her brand and promote sustainable, forward-thinking design.
